Column Descriptions:
- Column A (#): Row number (will be ignored)
- Column B (Name): Customer full name
- Column C (Principal): Loan amount in numbers
- Column D (Interest): Interest amount in numbers
- Column E (Date): Loan date (YYYY-MM-DD format)
- Column F (Period): Repayment period in months
- Column G (Interest Rate): Interest rate percentage
Important Notes:
- Row 1 should contain headers (will be skipped during processing)
- Column A (#) will be ignored during processing
- Customer names must exactly match existing records in the system
- Dates should be in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2025-08-01)
- All amount fields should contain numbers only (no commas or currency symbols)
- File formats supported: .xlsx, .xls, .csv
